What area do you service?

The Ottawa area from Orleans to Kanata, and as far south as Manotick.  We are not licensed to work on the Quebec side.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, for waterproofing we have a 25 year transferable warranty.  For all other services, the standard construction warranty is one year by law.

What do you charge for your services?

Since we have a wide range of services that vary significantly in cost, it's hard to give a ball park price.  Contact us regarding your issue and we can try to give you an idea, but we won't really know until we see your property and do the math. 

         

Here are examples of what some of our services cost on average:  

Single crack repairs ~ $2000 - $5000+ (factors such as the severity of the crack and/or landscaping, accessibility, etc. effect the cost)  Waterproofing ~ $300 - $400+ per linear foot

Garage slab replacement ~ $5000+

Asphalt driveway replacement ~ $5000+

Do you do epoxy or polyurethane injections?

No we don't. This method of filling a crack is not effective long term and we stand behind our work. Instead, we can apply a waterproofing membrane that acts as a physical barrier, blocking the water from entering a crack or porous concrete.  This solution will not deteriorate over time like an injection will.

Contact us to set up an appointment for someone to meet with you at your property.  They will thoroughly discuss the scope of the work with you and address any questions/concerns.

I'm considering selling or buying a property, could you give me a quote for the potential work to be done?

Yes, many home owners and/or buyers, as well as real estate agents, book us for an inspection of the property.  A written quote will be provided. This consultation takes up to 1 hour and costs $125 plus hst.  A written quote will be prepared based on your needs and the necessary recommendations for the property.

 

Okay, I would like to book the job, do you require a deposit?

We typically require a deposit of 20%, depending on the project.  Your deposit is what saves your spot in our schedule.
